Sherrick Construction has incorporated the latest construction information technology to support our service to you, the customer.

Our array of software is utilized in all phases of construction to increase productivity and quality control. Here are some examples of the tools we use as a part of our everyday operation to effectively manage our projects:

SmartBid

This is our means of bid invitations to subcontractors in a market where a
project is proposed. We can invite subcontractors from that city, zip code, or the
entire state/region. This ensures the best subcontractor competitive pricing
coverage for your project.

OnCenter OnSreen Take-Off

This ensures quantities of materials and pricing by us, the general contractor, to be used for construction are correctly and most efficiently priced.

Primavera SureTrak 3.0 Scheduling

Primavera SureTrack provides an excellent all-around package for getting control of time, resources, and budget. Another notable feature included here is the ability to define custom resources (for instance, costs per employee, based on skill sets and project roles), "activity codes," and even specialized calendars. The control over costs in SureTrak is certainly one of the product's strengths. You can track every cost associated with a project and see exactly where you are with your
budget at any point within the project cycle. This ensures project schedules are
planned and met with the highest efficiency.

PROCORE Project Management System

This is our most important program, as it drives the project management of each project, covering all aspects of a construction project including owner access to subcontracts, meeting minutes, change orders, billing records, schedules, RFI's, photos, accounting, contract documents, and general information necessary for the successful completion of the owner's project.

MC2 Interactive Cost Estimating (ICE)

This system is a pricing based estimating system, allowing the "checks and balances" to ensure the price provided by Sherrick Construction is accurate and economical.

SketchUp

From conceptual renderings to scaled 3D models, our design team can make more informed decisions, communicate project details, and share ideas with colleagues and customers to reach a common goal. Sherrick uses 3D modeling in collaboration with our design teams to produce a picture to our client's vision.

Microsoft Project Professional

Sherrick uses MS Projecct for our short interval schedules in the field.

Foundation

Foundation is a Construction Accounting softwared used by Sherrick.
