Project Description:

The demolition of building 238 produced challenges of lead abatement and asbestos removal in preparation of demolishing more than 47, 800 square feet of structure. A complete environmental assessment of the project was performed and analyzed in order to identify and safely remove all hazardous materials properly. With all materials abated off of the site, the building came down and was graded for a clear site.
