Project Description:

This project consisted of a renovation to the existing precast concrete warehouse (S-242) to increase the energy efficiency of the warehouse by replacing the roof with a high R-Value system, installing energy efficient windows, energy efficient powered insulated roll up doors, HVAC for admin installing a dock leveler, installing energy efficient infra red heating and replacing pavement and concrete in loading dock areas. This project complies with LEED scorecard system  and ATFP Requirements.
